Payment Method

Tapped Enterprises Inc. proudly accepts all major credit cards or debit cards if they have the accredited logo (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Etc). We do not accept 3rd party payment processors like PayPal, sorry!

Shipping Policy

Tapped Enterprises Inc. will ship anywhere in the continental US for a standard $3.50 shipping and handling rate. If you live outside the US we would be happy to ship to you but additional charges will apply. For international shipping inquires please contact our customer service department: customerservice@tappedenterprises.com or by telephone at 631-804-6734.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 28 days of delivery date and you will receive a full refund for your merchandise less the standard shipping and handling fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges that apply.

Privacy Policy

We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself you trust us to act in a responsible manner. Tapped Enterprises does not sell or trade any personal information and we fully support an opt-out system so if you receive our monthly emails, you have the option to opt-out at any time and you will never receive another email from us. We would hope that you would like to hear about upcoming events but it is your email addresses not ours! Disclaimer

Any event hosted or established by Tapped Enterprises Inc. participants do at their own risk. By purchasing admission or paying for the event physically (in person) or electronically (over the computer) you enter into a binding contract that is listed below. Note: Disclaimer is subject to change periodically depending on the nature of the event.

I am of legal drinking age, 21 years or older.

I acknowledge the fact that THE COMPANY is only a third party separate from the establishments or bars that we go to and cannot grant me access into the bars if I am too intoxicated.

If I am involved in any type altercation during the course of the event THE COMPANY has the right to exclude me from the rest of the trip. (I WILL BE LEFT AT LOCATION, WHERE THE INCIDENT OCCURS, LEFT AS THE RESPONSIBILTY AS THE EMERGENCY CONTACT PERSON BELOW, AND NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND)

I am responsible for my own actions and I will not hold THE COMPANY responsible for any damages that could occur during the event and/or after event. This includes personal and/or physical injury to myself or someone else and/or property damages.

Due to the nature of the event, I am responsible for safe transportation away from the final destination. THE COMPANY has selected a neutral location in which public transportation will be provided and THE COMPANY will assist you if necessary.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.  In the event any part of this Agreement is invalidated by court or legislative action of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

FORUM: Any legal action must be filed in a court physically located in Suffolk County, New York, regardless whether a Federal or State Court is selected.
